Eligibility for Returns

- Not be worn, altered, or show signs of use
- Be returned with its original packaging and accessories

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments, and bank processing times may vary. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company to ensure the refund hasn't been processed. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@luminari.shop and we will investigate the issue.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team at support@luminari.shop and we will guide you through the exchange process.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
